Strong photos
Images shape the first impression. Upload bright, high-resolution landscape photos that show every room as well as outdoor areas, the view and special details.
- At least 15 to 20 photos, ideally in landscape format
- Good, natural light – daytime works best
- Show every room plus garden, terrace, pool and view
- If possible, add a short video
A convincing description
Describe your property specifically and honestly:
- Living and plot area in square metres
- Number of bedrooms, beds and sleeping options
- Fittings of each room (living room, kitchen, bathrooms …)
- Special features such as balcony, garden, pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher or parking
Prices and conditions
- Weekly rates including the commission (see Prices)
- Rates adjusted to the season
- Additional costs such as final cleaning, deposit, electricity or pet fees
Availability
