New portals, changes for hosts and listers, and everything happening at Terra Mia Immobiliare around vacation rentals and real estate in Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia.
Discover, stay, settle: the new portal network from Terra Mia Immobiliare went live on 1 October, eleven years to the day after its vacation rentals in Sicily began. Fine-tuning until 15 October.
Three addresses for vacation rentals on Sicily become six. Sicily Vacations is rebuilt from the ground up and Sicily Holiday joins it — both in the fourth quarter of 2026, in time for the 2027 booking season. Since the May letter, 793 changes have gone into the system, each one checked by more than 6,000 automated tests.
Three property portals are live: for Sicily, for Calabria and for Sardinia. Anyone selling a property can now list it themselves — registration is open. With the promotional code START2026 a sale listing costs nothing in 2026. For estate agencies there is the Agency Year: 490 € for 365 days with unlimited listings. No commission is charged on a sale.
Your marketing and booking platform for Sicilian property owners—independent of Booking.com and Airbnb. Three portals, a new booking system, and every listing cleanly migrated. What is left: the final polish before the public start.
Trade conflicts and uncertainty are weighing on bookings—but Sicily remains in demand. We are using this quieter phase to advance our new property management system.
We wish our clients, partners, and property owners a happy Easter — and look ahead with fresh energy after the holidays.
