Terms of Use for the User Account
Applies to everyone who opens a user account. Governs registration and use of the account — no commission, no fee.

General Terms and Conditions — Mediation of Vacation Rentals
Applies to owners who have Terra Mia Immobiliare mediate a holiday accommodation. Accepted when the listing is created. A 20 % commission is due if mediation succeeds.

General Terms and Conditions — Property Listings
Applies to advertisers listing a property for sale. Accepted when the property listing is created. The listing is paid for; no sale commission is charged.

Booking Terms — Vacation Rentals
Applies between guest and landlord for booking a holiday accommodation. Terra Mia Immobiliare acts as intermediary only.

Terms for Property Inquiries
Applies to prospects who send an inquiry about a property.
For consumers, the following also applies: Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
