3. What Data We Collect

3.1 Server Log Files

When visiting our website, technical data is automatically collected (server log files). This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

3.2 Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, your details (name, email address, message) are stored to process your inquiry. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

3.3 Registration (Owner Account)

When you create an owner account, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number and address, as well as a password stored in encrypted form) to provide the protected login area and to manage your properties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). You can have your account deleted at any time.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the host.

5. Cookies

5.1 Technically Necessary Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Technically necessary cookies are only used for the login area (session cookie). A cookieless solution is used for web analytics (see Web Analytics section).

5.2 Web Analytics (Matomo)

This website uses Matomo, a self-hosted open-source web analytics platform. Matomo runs on our own servers — your data is not shared with third parties. Matomo is configured without cookies: no tracking cookies are set. The analysis is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis of user behavior to improve our services).

6. Social Media

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks to inform you about our services. On these profiles we publish exclusively our own marketing content (images, videos and accompanying text) via the official application programming interfaces (APIs) of the respective networks. In doing so, only this content created by us and our own access credentials are transmitted to the network operator — no personal data of our website visitors. No social media plugins, pixels or tracking cookies of these networks are embedded on this website.

If you visit our profiles or interact with our posts (e.g. by viewing, liking, commenting or sharing), the respective network operator processes the resulting data in accordance with its own privacy policy — depending on the platform as a separate or joint controller. We have no influence on the nature and scope of this processing. The legal basis for our own publishing activity is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in public presence and reach).

6.1 Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta)

We operate these profiles via the application programming interfaces of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. For the statistical data ("Insights") generated through interactions with our Facebook and Instagram profiles, joint controllership pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR exists with Meta. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6.2 LinkedIn

We operate our LinkedIn profile via the application programming interface of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. For the page statistics ("Page Insights"), joint controllership pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR exists with LinkedIn. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6.3 TikTok

We operate our TikTok profile via the TikTok Content Posting API. The operator is TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, D02 T380, Ireland. Processing may also take place outside the European Union; TikTok bases third-country transfers on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your Rights
