Terms for Property Inquiries

These terms apply to contact and inquiries by prospective buyers regarding property listings on the Terra Mia Immobiliare portal network. They do not govern the acquisition of a property.

Terra Mia Immobiliare is a pure listing platform and not a real-estate broker. It does not broker the purchase contract and provides no advice. A purchase contract is concluded solely and directly between the Prospect and the Advertiser (or owner); Terra Mia Immobiliare is not a party to it.

The inquiry and use of the portal network are free for the Prospect. Terra Mia Immobiliare charges the Prospect no commission and no fees.

The Prospect consents to the data provided in the inquiry form (name, contact details, message, etc.) being passed, for the purpose of handling the inquiry, to the respective Advertiser or owner of the property concerned so that they can make contact. Processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR; details are set out in the privacy policy at terra-mia.immo/privacy-policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

The details in the listings originate from the respective Advertiser. Terra Mia Immobiliare does not verify them and gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or availability of the property offered. The property and any purchase are governed by the (Italian) law of the place where the property is located.

Terra Mia Immobiliare's liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and breach of essential contractual duties.
