Three property portals are live — your sale listing is free in 2026

Dear clients, partners, and property owners,

In May I wrote that the new portals were close to launch and that I did not want to name a date yet. Today I can: three portals for property sales are live. Anyone selling a property in Sicily, Calabria or Sardinia can now list it themselves — private advertisers and local estate agencies alike.

An account with Terra Mia Immobiliare is all it takes. Three steps: register, create the property as a draft in the listing wizard, and confirm your chosen option when you publish. Stopping halfway costs you nothing — the draft waits until you publish it.

What it costs

A single sale listing: free in 2026. The promotional code START2026 covers the fee in full. It can be redeemed until 31 December 2026; the listing then runs for 180 days.
Broker Year: 490 € for 365 days, with unlimited listings. Every property runs under one agency account. The promotional code does not apply to it.

No commission is charged on a sale — neither to the advertiser nor to the buyer. Terra Mia Immobiliare operates the portals and is not an estate agent. The full overview is on the pricing page.

One listing, three languages

Every portal appears in German, English and Italian — each language with its own address and its own visibility in search engines. A listing can be published in all three and reaches buyers in Germany, in Italy and beyond.

For buyers

Using the portals costs buyers nothing, and no commission is charged to them either. An enquiry goes straight to the person offering the property.
