You pay a fixed listing fee, not a percentage commission on the sale price or rent. A launch discount currently applies.
What does a listing cost? Do I pay commission?
No commission. You pay a fixed fee for your listing's visibility:
- Sale listing: €89 for 180 days
- Landlord year (long-term rental): €99 for one continuously active listing over 12 months
- Broker year: €490 for 12 months with an unlimited number of listings (sale and long-term rental)

What's the difference between sale and rental listings?
For a sale you use the single listing (€89 / 180 days) or the broker year. For long-term rental the landlord year fits (€99 / year, one continuous listing), or again the broker year if you offer several properties at once. In every case you pay a fixed fee, not commission.
